I stared having my relaxing time at the end of a day from last month.
I try to get the day's work done until midnight.(HOPE IT!!!) Then..Time to relax! turn off the light, mobile phone and my laptop.
light a candle.(a bif of plumeria incentse)
sit my favorite chair.
make empty my mind.
Take it slow.
It reduce eyes and mind strain. And it gave me good night's sleeping.
(I need to clean up my jungle. it will have more relaxing effect! haha)
